VIP Task Manager 3.0.1 release
VIP Quality Software releases new version of VIP Task Manager that allows users to generate real-time reports, archive completed or cancelled tasks and task groups, print out one task with its details and other useful features.
New version allows users of Professional edition to set Custom Fields for Task Groups, set mathematical, logical and statistical Formulas for Custom Fields, aggregate Custom Fields values, display Custom Fields under tasks as notes.
Also version 3.0.1 features:
- Date Completed column which is automatically filled in when a Task is 100% completed
- Possibility to set filter by Date Completed, Estimated Time and Actual Time fields
- Possibility to set a default Resource assigned to Tasks within a Task Group
- Duplicating Task Groups by inserting a "template" Task Group into selected Task Group
- Possibility to link to Tasks from other applications by using Hyperlinks
