Average and Minimum Order Value
Average and Minimum Order Value is an order management KPI that shows
the average and minimal value of all your orders (in money) over some time
span. Average Order Value KPI helps define the customers with greater or less order
amount against the average figure. Minimum Order Value KPI allows to compare
the number of orders with minimum value within different periods of time and
estimate if it may influence your profit.
- Create
custom field "Order Value"
- If
you need to view the average or minimum order value per particular
project, filter your to-do list by task group with project tasks.
- Set
filter on Task List – Filters panel to display time span
- Set
footer to display average order value for the given time span:
- right click under column "Order Value"
- to select average order value select "Average"
- to select minimum
order value select "Min"
If you need to view the average or minimum order value
on Task Tree, please follow the steps below:
- On
Task Tree select root task group and select "Custom fields options"
- To
enable the displaying of the average and minimum order value select custom
field "Order Value", do the
following:
- select Enable
- check "Aggregated" (for task
group)
- to display the average order value
per project select "Average" and the custom field name "Order Value"
- to display minimum order
value per project select "Min"
- Select task group
for which you need to view the average or
minimum order value, right click and select "Custom fields options"
- Select custom
field "Order Value" and select the option "Enable by parent"
