Average Wrap-up Time
Average wrap-up time is a key performance indicator that shows the average amount of time, the resource spends to complete the task related to calls after the
actual call was made or answered. This KPI helps to estimate and compare how productive the resource was
executing tasks associated with calls within some
time span.
If you need
to count average wrap-up time of tasks, you need to do the following:
- Create custom field "Wrap-up
Time":
- Go to: Tools/Custom fields and press "Ins"
button
- In "Title" field enter "Wrap-up Time"
- In "Code" field enter "cf_wrapup_time"
- In "Type" field select "Duration" and
click "Ok" button
- If you need to view the average
wrap-up time of tasks per particular project, filter your to-do list by
task group with project tasks.
- If you need to view the average
wrap-up time per particular resource or some period of time, set appropriate
filter on Task List – Filters panel
- Set footer to display the average wrap-up
time of tasks:
- - right click under column "Wrap-up Time"
- - select
"Average"
If you need
to view the average wrap-up time of tasks on Task Tree, please follow the steps below:
- On Task Tree select root task
group and select "Custom fields options"
- To enable the displaying of the
average wrap-up time of tasks select custom field "Wrap-up time" and do the following:
- - select Enable
- - check
"Aggregated (for task group)
- - select "Average" and the custom field name "Wrap-up Time"
- Select task group for which you
need to view the average wrap-up time of tasks, right click and select
"Custom fields options"
- Select custom field "Wrap-up
Time" and select
the option "Enable by parent".
