Custom Workflow 3: Planned – Issues – Accomplished

This workflow is based on the following statuses:

• Planned

Task status "Planned" shows that this task is scheduled however has not been started yet.

• Issues

Task Status "Issues" shows that some problems or errors prevent the task from being completed.

• Accomplished

Task Status "Accomplished" shows that task was successfully completed and the assigned resource executed his purpose.

To create custom workflow using the statuses described above, please follow the steps below:

• Go to: Tools/Custom workflow

• Click "New Workflow"   button

• In Name field enter custom field name, for example, "Workflow 3".

• Click "Ins" button, enter the status name "Planned" in name field and click "Ok" button.

• Click "Ins" button, enter the status name "Issues" in name field and click "Ok" button.

•  Click "Ins" button, enter the status name "Accomplished" in name field and click "Ok" button.
