Custom Workflow 33: Inactive – Ready - Blocked – Running – Terminated
This
workflow includes the following statuses:

Inactive
Task status
"Inactive" means that the task was created in VIP Task Manager Professional,
however, no action has been taken to proceed with this task by now. This task
status can be also used if the task is timed out or put on hold.

Ready
Tasks
status "Ready" shows that the task was allocated to particular resource.

Running
Task Status
"Running" means that the assigned resource is doing the task. on this stage of
workflow task status can be changed to "Ready", "Blocked" or "Terminated" (see
below).

Blocked
Task status
"Blocked" notifies about cancellation of any further actions associated with
this task. If the work on task resumes, you can set task status back to
"Running".

Terminated
Task status
"Terminated" renders the successful task accomplishment.

To create
custom workflow using the statuses described above, please follow the steps
below:
- Go to: Tools/Custom workflow
- Click "New Workflow" button.
- In Name field enter custom
field name, for example, "Workflow 33".
- Click "Ins" button, enter the
status name "Inactive" in Name field and click "Ok" button.
- Add other statuses: "Ready", "Running"
and "Blocked" and "Terminated".
