Tasks can
occupy the following statuses:
- Initialization
Whenever a
task is created, it starts in the "Initialization" status.
- Wait
Request
Tasks with
status "Wait Request" are waiting for further actions, for example, for
allocation, setting due dates, adding comments, notes, etc.
- Error
Task status
"Error" shows that the assigned resource delivered unsatisfactory results while
proceeding with the task and it was done with some errors.
- Process
Task status
"Process" notifies that the assigned resource or resource group is going along
with the task.
- Complete
If the
assigned resource ensured the successful completion of the task and the
superiors or responsible resources endorsed this task, you can set the task to
status "Complete".
Task statuses of Custom Workflow 37 on Task List
To create
custom workflow using the statuses described above, please follow the steps
below:
- Go to: Tools/Custom workflow
- Click "New Workflow" button.
- In Name field enter custom
field name, for example, "Workflow 37".
- Click "Ins" button, enter the
status name "Initialization" in Name field and click "Ok" button.
- Add other statuses: "Wait
Request", "Error", "Process" and "Complete".
