Custom Workflow 38: Running Ready Suspended Terminated
Tasks can occupy the following statuses:
- Ready
Recently created tasks that are pending for further actions can occupy the status "Ready".
- Running
Task status "Running" shows that the task is in the process of completion.
- Suspended
Task status "Suspended" shows that the task is waiting for some event to proceed further.
- Terminated
Task status"Terminated" notifies that the delegated resource successfully coped with thetask.
Task statuses of Custom Workflow 37 on Task List
To create custom workflow using the statuses described above, please follow the steps below:
- Go to: Tools/Custom workflow
- Click "New Workflow" button.
- In Name field enter custom
field name, for example, "Workflow 38".
- Click "Ins" button, enter the
status name "Running" in Name field and click "Ok" button.
- Add other statuses: "Ready", "Suspended"
and "Terminated".
