Hyperlink
Hyperlink custom field shows explanation to a hyperlink related
to a task. You can use Hyperlink custom field when you need to view, edit, sort
or filter the explanatory text for website address associated with tasks. For
example, you have a task "Purchase additional licenses of VIP Task Manager
Professional". Your partner is "VIP Quality Software". The company’s website is
http://www.taskmanagementsoft.com/
You can add the hyperlink name "VIP Quality Software website" to Hyperlink
custom field.
To create custom filed Hyperlink please follow the steps
below:
1. Go to: Tools/Custom fields and press
"Ins" button
2.
In
"Title" field enter "Hyperlink"
3.
In
"Code" field enter "cf_hyperlink"
4.
In
"Type" field select "String" and click "Ok" button
5. to display the value of custom field Hyperlink
on Task List or Task Tree please go to Task List or Task Tree, click Task List
Columns or Task Tree Columns button  and check the custom field "Hyperlink"
6. to enter value of Hyperlink custom field
please do the following:
- Open a task and go to Custom Fields tab
- Enter hyperlink description, for example, "VIP
Quality Software website" and click "Ok" button.
