Number of Hours of Task Rework
Number of hours of task rework is a key performance indicator that shows the amount of work on tasks
that were completed incorrectly and required rework. This KPI helps to estimate
and compare the resource’s productivity over some period of time.
If you need
to calculate the number of hours of task rework, please follow the steps below:
- Create custom field "Rework":
- Go
to: Tools/Custom fields and press "Ins" button
- In
"Title" field enter "Rework"
- In
"Code" field enter "cf_rework"
- In
"Type" field select "Duration" and click "Ok" button
- If you need to view the number
of hours of task rework per particular project, filter your to-do list by
task group with project tasks.
- If you need to view the number
of hours of task rework per particular resource and/or over some time span
please set the appropriate filters on Task List – Filters panel
- Set footer to display the number
of hours of task rework for a given project or to-do list:
- right
click under column "Rework"
- select
"Sum"
If you need
to view the number of hours of task rework on Task Tree, please follow the
steps below:
- On Task Tree select root task
group and select "Custom fields options"
- To enable the displaying of the
number of hours of task rework for task group select custom field "Rework",
do the following:
- select Enable
- check "Aggregated (for task group)
- select "Sum" and the custom field name "Rework"
- Select task group for which you need to view the number of hours of task rework, right click and select "Custom fields options"
- Select custom field "Rework" and select the option "Enable by parent".
