Number of Properties Sold by Real Estate Agent Over Period of Time is employee key performance indicator that measures the efficiency of real estate agents’ work for some time span.

To calculate number of properties sold by real estate agent please do the following:

• If you need to view the number of properties sold by real estate agent per particular project on Task List, filter your to-do list by task group with project tasks.



• To display the number of properties sold per particular real estate agent on Task List set filter by “Assignment”



Alternatively you can create personal folder for each real estate agent and filter project tasks associated to properties sold by this personal task group



To calculate the number of properties sold by real estate agent over some time span filter your tasks by date



• Filter to do list by tasks that refer to sold properties only



• Set footer
  • right click under the column “Name”
  • select “Count”
