Number of tasks without deviation
of planned time schedule is a key performance indicator that shows the total number of tasks that
took as much time as it was originally planned to be completed. If deviation of
planned time (or Duration Variance) is calculated by the formula:
Duration Variance =
Duration Baseline Duration, the KPI Number of tasks without deviation of planned
time schedule shows the total number of tasks with Duration Deviation that is
equal to zero.
This KPI
helps to define how successfully your planning was.
