Overtime Rate Custom Field

Overtime Rate

Overtime Rate custom field shows the rate that should be paid to resource for hours worked in excess of regular working hours. For example, Jack has $10 per hour as an overtime rate. You can track overtime rate of this resource in custom field "Overtime Rate".

To create custom field "Overtime Rate" please do the following:

1. Go to: Tools/Custom fields and press "Ins" button



2. in "Title" field enter "Overtime Rate"



3. in "Code" field enter "cf_overtime_rate"



4. in "Type" field select "Currency" and click "Ok" button



5. to display custom field Overtime Rate on Task List or Task Tree please go to Task List or Task Tree, click Task List Columns or Task Tree Columns button and check the custom field "Overtime Rate"



6. to enter value of custom field Overtime Rate please do the following:
• Open a task and go to Custom Fields tab



• Enter the value for Overtime Rate custom field, for example, if the resource assigned for this task has Overtime rate value $10.00 USD per hour, enter " 10" in custom field "Overtime rate".
