Resource Per-Use Cost custom field shows the cost for the use of the available or additional resource to complete a certain task. For example, you need to assign resource Greg to a task. The Resource Per-Use Cost for Greg is $7.00 USD. The total cost of this task will include $7.00 USD of Resource Per-Use Cost.

to create custom field "Resource Per-Use Cost" please do the following:

1. Go to: Tools/Custom fields and press "Ins" button



2. in "Title" field enter "Resource Per-Use Cost"



3. in "Code" field enter "cf_resource_per_use_cost"



4. in "Type" field select "Currency" and click "Ok" button



5. to display custom field Resource Per-Use Cost on Task List or Task Tree please go to Task List or Task Tree, click Task List Columns or Task Tree Columns button and check the custom field "Resource Per-Use Cost"



6. to enter value of custom field Resource Per-Use Cost, please do the following:

• Open a task and go to Custom Fields tab



• Enter the value for Resource Per-Use Cost custom field, for example, if the resource assigned for this task has the value of Per-Use Cost $710.00 USD per hour, enter " 7" in custom field "Resource Per-Use Cost".
