If you need to calculate the total or average number of top leadership communication sessions in a given time span, please follow the steps below:

• Add the custom field “Number of Communication Sessions” or “Number of Meetings”

• If you need to view the total or average value of top leadership communication sessions or meetings per particular project on Task List, filter your to-do list by task group with project tasks.

• To view the total or average number of top leadership communication sessions or meetings over some time span set the appropriate filters on Task List – Filters panel

• Set footer:
  • right click under column “Number of Communication Sessions” or “Number of Meetings”
  • to see the total number of communication sessions or meetings between top leadership and staff in a given time span select “Sum”

• to see the average number of communication sessions or meetings in a given period of time select “Average”
