• Average Overtime Hours per Employee
• Average Handling Time of Requests
• Percentage (number) of Tasks Handled Within Agreed Upon Time-frame
• Total and Average Duration of Daily Tasks in Hours and Minutes per Resource and Time Span (Weekly or Monthly)
